To Whom it May Concern:

Over the past several years, North Georgia Grading has provided site work for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods and Pulte Homes. They are currently working on the final phase of a very high profile development called Alstead in Roswell next to Centennial High School. This project is extremely environmentally sensitive with a neighborhood near by with a 15 acre lake that has threaten Pulte Homes and affiliates. The city of Roswell is the toughest jurisdiction for erosion and the only municipality that has successfully fined me in 18 years of developing residential and commercial properties. Likewise, the Pulte building team will be out of lots to build in the next two months. This project is a pressure cooker of deadlines and liability for me and Pulte Homes.

Therefore when selecting a contractor, I needed someone who could expedite my site to limit my exposure by completing the site faster than anyone else in the industry. I needed a contractor that would be able to hit schedules and be flexible to manage additional components of the site if my typical specialty contractor are unable to perform. I had to find a site contractor that I trusted to keep me and Pulte Homes out of court by managing the erosion control in a manner that requires daily monitoring and preparation. Out of all of the contractors I use from Plateau, Strack, Brent Scarbrough, I selected North Georgia Grading only for this site. Not only have they completed the site per the schedule, they worked with me to finish my project a month early.

As someone who grew up working in a family site work company before getting my civil engineer degree, I have never seen a company that works so seamless and willing to go the extra mile for their client. When we found problems with the civil design, Anthony and his team found affordable solutions which kept us on schedule. Furthermore, their ability to self perform the majority of the items themselves is exactly what is needed in this market as subcontractors are constantly missing deadlines for completion.

When I hired North Georgia Grading, I didn’t hire a contractor. I hired a partner on my team that is more concerned about my schedules and deadlines, than how much it will cost them to pay overtime or the additional cost to entice a subcontractor to mobilize sooner to keep his crews on schedule. No matter the size of the project, North Georgia Grading has the resources, talent, and passion to complete it before anyone else can.
